Bluebird days skiing in Patagonia
This pic below is Cerro Tres Reyes (3 Kings), nearby of Bariloche
and Cerro Catedral backcountry.
In between guided trips, I went with my friends Lucas Kopcke and M. Schoffel to do this line below.
We left the resort at 10 am, ski down Rucaco´s valley through a steep icy traverse that took us about 30 min.
Skinned up the mountain (1.20 min) and skied down the big central chute marked with a
red arrow. Then around 3-4 hs to climb back to the Catedral ski resort
Next project will be the left drawed culouir that we did not ski yet, maybe next year.
Conditions were great settled powder ! Finally spring time!
Check the tracks, you can click and will pop-up bigger to see details
Last guided trip with Danielle Ginach in hidden Patagonian Powder spot!
One week ago!
